The pastor and church body all emulate the love of Christ through how they care for people. Meeting outside was a concern for me at first, because it's hot in Hawai'i however, we sit under the shade and there is actually a really nice breeze that runs through the pavilion. It's pretty comfortable. They usually have water bottles to offer as well. Since the water park is their temporary meeting place, they will purchase your entry ticket and if you attend again they will purchase a season ticket. Hopefully people will stay because they love the church and not only come for the pass, but it's definitely an added blessing. There is a Vacation Bible School scheduled for June 7-11, and my 4 year old will be able to attend. It's his first VBS, most churches start with kindergarten age. We are very excited and thankful that we found this church.

I will continue to keep them in prayer. 25 is so young I myself worked in cardiology for a couple years and now have a brother and mom who have diabetes. No one knew that when I walked through the doors I had my own story. You see I lost my only child age 24 in a blink of an eye to a tragic accident. March 5th was exactly 5 years. He loved the ocean which is why I am in Hawaii and reading James with you today was perfect, My husband and I both at one time lost the ability to walk and are walking Miracles. Everyone we talked too was very nice and they offered us ear plugs so they obviously know it is an issue but choose not to correct it. Felt so welcomed; everyone went out of their way to be hospitable and welcoming. The message was straight up a word from God. Biblical preaching, sound doctrine, worship was off the hook (Spirit led) and God glorifying. Overall, great place to worship and hear Gods word being preached. Loved the DCC app which had the sermon notes for me to follow and take notes on. Mobile tithing too. Reception to download the app on the spot! My husband and I will definitely try to come back when we are in town. If I lived here it would be home. PS. Hospitality team was very hospitable. The food was delicious too and we stayed to chat with the sweetest people after.
