I came in to see about getting a new headlight bulb installed on my Nissan (after purchasing the…read morebulb from Autozone), and walking in to the place - I immediately overheard cursing and offensive language (which should have been my first clue) from a man named Robert Bell. I asked Robert, apparently the manager of this place (?) if he could install the bulb, and he said it would take an hour and a half and cost about $150.00. Intuitively, this felt very wrong - so I went to get a second opinion at AZ One Stop Service Center in Neptune, where I was greeted by a very polite fellow who said he would install the bulb for $20.00, and it would only take a few moments. Needless to say, Robert Bell of B&A Quick Lube Auto Repair is both lacking in manners, and business ethics and I would never go near that establishment again. Unfortunate, because the Sunoco attendants are actually quite nice. Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here for service, and be sure to get a second opinion if you're considering it, because these people are thieves.

The car wash…read moretracks are broken the majority of the time so they literally drive it through instead of automated which tends to finish quicker. The end result is okay as there are window streaks, dirty wheels, mirrors always dirty or not dried etc etc. This is the first time I ever paid for the Mac daddy $32 because it was so cold out I didn't want to clean the inside myself. How can you pay $32 and not clean the mats or wipe down the door jams or move the mats and vacuum under? The manager came out after the guy washing the car alerted her and she said the mats are not included for $32 but I could pay extra $4 to have them cleaned. I guess $32 for a wash doesn't include a complete wash. I came home and basically had to wipe the entire car again and do the entire inside over. 2 stars might be generous. However if you pay for a basic outside wash only you don't feel as ripped off as you only expect so much.
