We had lunch next door at the Pho place, which is great. Anyway, my husband went back Tuesday at 7, as asked, and ended up with either a new guy, or someone in training, because his hair looks uneven, awful and short. We even had a reference pic of his actual hair from another time he had it done, which was great, and shouldn't have been a problem. The original guy who told my husband to come back was busy, so he got the only other younger guy who took over an hour to butcher his head. First, he was told to come back Tuesday night after work, only to sit in the chair for an hour, just to get a bad haircut. Crap customer service. Its disappointing because we had an important function to go to this week. Never again.

The man is basically the Michelangelo of fades except instead of carving marble, he sculpts my head into something my driver's license photo could only dream of. I drive past at least 12 other barbers to get here, and every mile is a victory lap knowing I'm about to walk out looking like a more refined version of myself the kind of man who tips better, lifts heavier, and makes better life decisions. Jeremy doesn't just cut hair; he performs precision engineering. He could probably defuse a bomb with those clippers. Or start one because that beard trim? The shop vibe is perfect too. Clean, comfortable, and cool enough to feel classy, but not so fancy that you're afraid to sneeze in the wrong direction. Jeremy somehow manages to be professional and hilarious at the same time, which is a skill set that should honestly be licensed. If you want a haircut anywhere else, sure go ahead. The shave was a straight razor with hot towels and shaving gel and cream that left my face feeling refreshed and not irritated. Close shave - having had hot shaves before - and she did a fine job. Pleasant conversation. The shop has a great vibe - dark, leather, and shelves lined with spirits of patrons (you can bring your own and they will tag it). I showed him a picture, and I thought I was in good hands. Boy was I wrong, when he was preparing to go to the cash register, I notice that my right side of my hair was 1 inch longer than the left. It was very uneven. I had to tell him to raise it. When I got home, I looked at the sides and realized they were still uneven. I only trust Antonio now.

I called Jag's and was informed that even if you are a regular customer for years, who has never missed an appointment and tip 20 dollars on every visit you forfeit your money if you don't call within 3 hours of your appointment time. This place does not stand by its customers and will not be slightly accommodating when you have a legitimate emergency. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place even if they do give a good haircut.
