She does an amazing job of ensuring that my low maintenance request is honored; she makes me look amazing and the results last a long time with minimal upkeep needed on my part. He took the yellow out of my hair and made it a nice faded blonde mixing my natural colors with the bright blonde like I had originally wanted.
