Called to speak to an attorney, was connected with Maneesh. He was curt, standoff-ish, and inconsiderate to our situation to begin. We were a bother to him before we even shared our situation. I discovered Sharma Kliche back in 2019 when I was enrolled in my employer sponsored legal plan, as we needed to establish a Trust. My initial consult with Maneesh was extremely informative and he spent well over an hour explaining the process and answering all of my questions. The office manager is the rudest most condescending A@#$&* I have ever encounter. Not sure if Sharma Kliche knows who's managing his office, because that jerk thinks he is entitled to treat customers like crap and is unwilling to accept wrong doing. I have been waiting to finalize a trust for 3 months now, which I was told would take a few weeks.They can't seem to get the paper work right. They keep creating the documents with the wrong information. I have been very patient, but when I attempted to let the office manager know he/she became very defensive, as if they can't make any mistakes and proceeded to tell me to go elsewhere and hung up on me.
