Suffered a loss of over $40,000 due to high winds and a tornado. They did not cover $1 of my items despite me paying them for over 2 years. After waiting weeks with no follow up from Jason, he finally ended up answering my email (not even a common courtesy phone call) stating his underwriters were unaware of my claims, even though I made sure Jason was fully aware of my exact situation. Our initial agreement was for State Farm to contact my mortgage company and bill them directly but now Jason keeps harassing me with an overdue balance. He wasted my time and is not a man of his word. He clearly lacks the knowledge needed when it comes to handling a challenging situation and gives out false information. If they come across a problem with my accounts or find any insurance coverage they think might be helpful to me they always call and offer me a chance to upgrade. For example, a bank quoted me a ridiculous amount for yearly homeowners insurance which would add an extra $300 a month to the mortgage and without even purchasing the new home, that same day, his office staff worked me up a quote which was 1/3 of what the bank was quoting me. Making the decision a lot easier. They keep continuing on doing a good job for me and my family.
