We were told they have a 10-minute late window, but suddenly they were "not going to honor it" and told us we needed to reschedule. The woman at the front desk was incredibly cold and heartless. She showed absolutely no compassion or understanding that I was missing work and my son was missing school -- all over being literally six minutes late. Meanwhile, every other time we've been there, we've sat waiting well past our scheduled appointment time without so much as an apology. This office feels like a factory dental office where the focus is clearly on volume and money, not patient care or basic human understanding. We will never be going back.
