It was suggested that they have some fill ins replaced that Dr Drain did in 2019. Despite not having any issues with the fill ins we went ahead with the recommendations to replace them. Since then my oldest son has been having pain where one of the fill ins was replaced. We called the office in March when he was back home on spring break to let them know what was going on and make an appointment for him to be seen. This is where the problem started. I was asked why we waited so long to call the office? I was told my insurance won't cover the visit and I had to pay $200 for him to be seen. I work for the state and have decent dental insurance and I don't mind paying whatever I'm supposed to pay. But the fact that they wouldn't even make an appt for him to be seen to assess the tooth without me agreeing to pay $200 was ridiculous to me. I hate to leave the practice because my boys love Dr Drain but I will be switching them to my dentist.

I understand restricting your lot to your staff & patients during your open hours, but towing when you're closed? That's just not friendly or neighborly at all.
