Does anyone know what practice she moved to, if any? Dr Siebold was great and I'm not sure where she went.

First of all I am NOT in San Fransisco- This is a Maryland thing!…read more What are you doing Yelp? Anyway, I don't have enough time or character spaces to write the entire review, but let's condense it. Dundalk office- Dr. Pizzarro is the best. and Dr Amed is good, but failed to examine my orthotics when they arrived, and they were worthless. They wanted me to complete a 3-page medical history form two-weeks after I just complete one merely because it was a new year! I refused. Poorly managed office, and I am still waiting for my deposit back from them. There is not way to reach Dr's Wiener and Daniels to feedback and constructive criticism. The phone service/reception is the worst! They have one person dedicated to answering the main phone prior to speaking with anyone at one of their many offices. If that person is busy, taking break, or not there, the only option is to leave a message! Running a business 101 is that you always have the phones answered and in a timely manner (if you want continued, or more business). Therefore, you cannot call the office directly (any of them). I just waited on hold (and being told that I am "first in line" in the Que...for 28 minutes???) so I stopped the call. Tried to call back to the main number and had to leave a message. Not doing it. I will keep wasting my time and wait until I can reach the one lady who answers the phones.

This review is for the Odenton office. Starting with the good, the doctor there (a lady, I forget…read moreher name) was excellent. She explained my foot problem and treatment options, including less expensive options. My review would be five stars if it was just about her. The customer service, by contrast, was uniformly bad. It was very difficult to schedule appointments. And they sent me an erroneous bill that took several days to resolve because it was again very difficult to reach an employee. For example, several times an employee committed to calling me to discuss the bill, but failed to do so, and did not offer an apology.

I needed to see a podiatrist for a full foot examine and to look at my baby toes due to pain. I…read morefound Dr. Tilles on the Blue Cross website. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The receptionist was polite and helpful with letting me know the process. While there is ample parking, the doctors office is a bit obscure. If you are facing the street it's to the left. The in-processing was standard. I paid my co-pay with a credit card and I was in the examining room within 10 minutes. Dr. Tilles is a very nice man. Bless his heart for what he does cause I dont like feet but he jumped right into the examination. He recommended that we do an xray. The nurse comes and puts these booties on me. I followed her to the xray and surprisingly I had to stand on it. I'm 218lbs I knew this wouldn't be good for anyone. But it didn't break. Praise the Lord. The nurse escorts me back to the room and in minutes my xray was on the wall. The bones on both baby toes were pointing inward. This shift is because of the pointy shoes I continuously wear. He recommended surgery with a local anesthetic and would let me know how much the insurance would cover. In the meantime, Im only allowed to round toe shoes. Overall it was a good visit. Dr. Tilles was very informative. There is a chance that I will get a second opinion to explore the possibility of a non-invasive solution.
