(It is an hour and half drive for me.) I'm in a lot of pain but decided it was worth the wait. Suddenly then sent a "reminder" that my appointment is at 11:15. I called to let them know that a mistake was made and spoke to two of the rudest, most unprofessional women (one was named Hilary) I have encountered in medical setting. No apology. No sorry we made a mistake. And "That's when he takes his lunch. He can't see you then. Do you want to reschedule or not?" Some people have no business interacting with patients. He does not show any concern or care for his patients. I found them to be insulting and he has a very pious attitude. I would not recommend him to anybody to go see. With his behavior and attitude problem, he will only answer the questions that he wants to answer and essentially demean you with his attitude and his responses. I wish I could record the interaction with him so everybody could see how he behaves. He had suggested surgery at my first visit, and I would never place my feet in his hands for any type of surgery whatsoever. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I went here because he was recommended. Not too long after I got orthotics for my flat feet, I realized that he bills the insurance for everything even when no medical service is being performed - testing out orthotics. Makes no sense because I had to go back because they didn't fit properly. The orthotics was hurting my feet and instead of testing them out to ensure accuracy, he said I had a pinched nerve and wanted to give me a cortisone shot in both of my feet. I told him it only hurt when I wore them, but he gave me an unbelievable story of my feet hurting because I wasn't wearing them long enough. BL, the doctor is nice and they get you quick, but he is quick to diagnose and doesn't listen. I would shop around for another doctor who cares a little more than their bottom line.
