That's all I can ask for as a mom. I can tell the teachers and director care about planning fun activities. They make sure each child is on the right path to reach milestones such as potty training, completing sentences, fine motor skills etc. I love how the school updates me on incidents and day to day activities. No complaints here, just thought this could help a parent who is deciding where to send their child to. I'm not religious at all, and very much enjoy the school, teachers, and parents.

She always knows what to say and do to snap him out of it. They do all kinds of activities like dr. Seuss story time, crafts, water fun during the summer. Each parent is required to bring snacks once a month which my son loves because he gets to be the line leader that day! My son can now write his name pretty clear and i feel confident he will be successful in kindergarten. Really can't find a bad thing to say! Oh and they now use the brightwheel mobile app, which is super cool! You can pay your invoices from the app, they post pictures and videos, all kinds of stuff!

A friends son who goes there told me just to call and visit that the staff is very accommodating and addressed all my concerns. They also let him visit a couple times before enrollment (Mrs. King is assigned teacher is amazing) and all the parents seem so friendly and good, wholesome families. I also wasn't sure if my son was going to take to it. He loved it from day one! The teachers all have smiling faces. I love that they work more on academics than some of the other schools seemed like their were more into creativity or independence. Even though they do all that too. Only after a week, I see such a difference in my 3 year old. He actually tells me each day what he learns. The staff is kind if they have accident and I feel safe having my son in their care and he is progressing as a student as well. I wish I knew the cute songs he is singing about school.

GBSH is a warm and caring environment where our children are flourishing. Not only do our children love Ms. Williams, we do too! They are challenged academically without losing the fun that preschool should provide. Also, the indoor playground is a great idea as our kids' recess at their prior school was frequently cancelled in the summer due to excessive heat and in the winter due to rain and cold. We love that our kids get to burn off energy EVERY day regardless of the weather. We toured numerous preschools and day care facilities before choosing GBSH for the quality of its teachers and the instant rapport that our kids had with Ms. Williams on our first visit.

Miss Katie will take you on a tour of her home and show you all of the places where the kids play and spend time together. There is some reading and bilingual exposure on a regular basis which is great! The food selection and offering are absolutely fantastic - we were so happy to see the kids eating such nutritious and home-cooked meals with great balance. Sometimes we even joked that the food looks so good we'd eat the leftovers if our daughter didn't want to finish something. The kids here all seem to have such a positive time - they're always laughing and giggling when they are picked up. I do wish the hours were a bit longer (currently 0800-1700) to make it easier to coordinate with work schedules. The home is in a safe, secure gated community, so we feel very safe that our child is well taken care of while in Miss Katie's care. Highly recommended.

They were always attentive to my son's individual needs and they quickly address any conflicts that inevitably arise. They send frequent photo updates on the kid's activities as well as updates on meals, naps etc. They can speak mandarin but it is not required and there are plenty of English only speaking kids there as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home based preschool.
