I had a pleasant enough massage, and later had an appointment through Groupon for my 13 year old. They called me after I left to say their gym has a 16 and older policy therefore my daughter could not have her scheduled massage. Front desk and owners are rude! And the gym looked quite empty, I wonder why???

He's arrogant and argumentative…read more When anyone tries to tell him the gym is less than perfect, he gets defensive and downright angry. He complains constantly about how much the gym costs to run, how he was forced to paint etc. One huge issue is that the gym is hot, very, very hot and extremely humid. He refuses to do anything about it and says 72 degrees is the ideal temperature to work out. The thermostat is set to 68, but it definitely feels more like 78 due to the humidity. It's only going to get worse as the temp outside gets hotter. He needs to be open to hearing the opinion of members.
