Since I settled the remaining balance and moved on after my case was closed, the OFFICE CONTINUES TO BILL ME MONTHLY FOR "office expenses" what the fuck are office expenses??? I closed my case 2 YEARS AGO AND PAID EVERYTHING I OWED. The office told me multiple times that they apologize it's an error with their billing department and will no longer receive any more invoices for payment. I said ok! Well like clockwork every month I get another one so I call again. Apologies and more apologies.
