They gave a great price to inspect and if there was a need to reseal. When Alex arrived he did a through inspection of the roof with pictures. Explained what he found and said he could do the repairs as discussed but there were things in time that could give me a problem. He said I would benefit doing a coating system with silicone for the entire roof plus couple other suggestions but I would not have to do it now unless I wanted to. He sent the pictures to the office and they sent back what it would cost to do everything. It was not unreasonable and I knew I would want sometime in the future so I agreed. Alex obtained what he needed to complete the job and worked for hours and kept me informed He was very Courteous and respectful.
