When I called Speedy Mobile RV Repair on a Saturday morning, not only did a kind, understanding representative answer the phone, Demi, she also offered to make an appointment while we were still at the campsite within a couple days. The Technician, Carter, that came was clean cut, intelligent and thorough. He took the time to to check each and every thing was able to diagnosed the many issues and explained it all to us. He offered to put a rush on the replacement parts when we told him we had a trip coming up to visit and support our granddaughter in a school play. Well...they did just that :) When we called with questions, Demi always answered the phone ! Again...this is Speedy Mobile RV Repair! They truly are the best. They kept us up to date with the parts delivery and even made an appointment for the repairs as they waited for the last one of the parts to arrive. On the day the Technician, Carter was scheduled to come, he contacted us to give us a half hour span of time for his arrival ! A half hour !! The short version is this---A+ for Patrick Murray. The long version starts with an email and…read morefollows with Patrick quickly getting back to me about a 38' 2023 Diesel Pusher inspection. The RV was kept well with 19K miles but I wasn't sure about it so I contracted with Patrick to go see her and let him do his thing. Patrick was on the ball early and showed me an example of his long and detailed report from his web site (it was great and you should read it) followed by a phone call where he offered to be at the RV dealership asap. Just two days later he arrived early at the dealership, notified me he had begun his inspection and several hours later he had completed a long list of reviewed items and started a detailed report. Later that night I received a multi-page report via email with pictures and lots of specifics. If you'd like to know what he does, take a look at the sample inspection report on his website---it's very good. My inspection report reviewed several things I would've never found and many I wouldn't have even thought to look for. The report was long but easy to read and very detailed. I will use this report to negotiate with the dealer to fix/address these items, get what I want and knock a few bucks off the asking price. I HIGHLY recommend Patrick Murray.
