Since everything had to come off anyway, I bought a package deal online from Detroit Axle that included new bearings, rotors, and brake pads for all four wheels. Angel was incredibly accommodating and explained he could easily install the parts I provided.I shopped around for mobile mechanics in the Valrico/Riverview area, and Fair Tech was by far the most affordable. Out of the first five mechanics I called, two never responded and three were significantly more expensive than Angel. Quick Heads-Up: Google still lists Fair Tech as a mobile mechanic, but Angel has since opened a small garage and works out of that physical location now.The turnaround time was fantastic. I dropped my car off around 10:00 AM yesterday. They already had a car on the lift but assured me mine was next. By 4:00 PM, Angel called to let me know the car was done, ready to go, and driving perfectly with no issues. Fair Tech Automotive has earned a customer for life. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. After only a couple of hours, I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving home, I noticed multiple areas--cup holders, dashboard, controls--had not been properly cleaned. I called and was asked to bring the vehicle back, which I did. When I returned, the technician simply wiped the two front cup holders and claimed the job was done. I informed the manager, who apologized, said he would handle the cleaning himself, and promised to email me a complimentary bumper-to-bumper detail for the inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture. However, instead of the promised service, I later received a $40 gift card. When I called to clarify, I was told that although they believed the promise was made, they do not actually provide free bumper-to-bumper details. I never requested a free service--it was offered to me as a resolution. To make matters worse, my car is still visibly dirty. The center console, buttons, and areas between the seats remain uncleaned. Sadly, I will not be returning.

They could have done the alignment and sent me on my way to have the same problems but showed me on my vehicle the exact problems I actually had and I will be back soon to get those issues fixed. This worked out great for me considering it was moving day I wanted to start before it got hot, and I had help that was meeting me at 9 am. When I got to the lot I found the truck I went through the Online check in on the APP no issues working perfect Then a older, long haired guy with Glasses starts yelling at me from a crossed the parking lot " We don't open until 10, You can not get a truck, you can not be here" I turn to him show him the app and tell him I have online pick up and reservation I am doing it all from the app. He insisted that all the trucks need to be cleaned, they are not open, I can not get the truck and I had to leave. I told him if 8 am pickup online is not available why is it on the app. His response I am not the owner. This is not acceptable, I had to call and cancel my reservation, which U-Haul went out of there way to find me another dealership with a truck but unfortunately the damage was done the people meeting me left so my Wife and myself had to move our house alone, we could not get them back to help us because by the time I went to Brandon and back i was 45 minutes after the time they were supposed to meet us. So we ended up taking twice as long to move and did not get everything! This guy is terrible, and rude and shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers, I understand he isn't the owner but the Truck says 24/7 Pickup and Dropoff! I would not recommend this location at all, or him The location on Kings ave in Brandon they did amazing and thank you to the customer Support at U-Haul that turned a very frustrating situation a little better.
