He said he found a video tape showing our fin shaped antenna cover blew off during the blow cycle. He said their insurance will not pay for objects that must have been loose that come off in the blow cycle. I believe the wash mops could have been vigorous enough to dislodge it. It is costing us $611 for replacement of the whole assembly that includes the radio and GPS electronics as well as the fin cover. I cancelled membership because I won't risk damage like this again. Previous car washes were satisfactory, but we are parting ways over this.
