I told him I wouldn't be home but left the instructions for the key along with the payment. On May 21, 2025, he first diagnosed one issue, then I questioned him about the coolant leak, then he said what the issue was and not to worry about the previous diagnosis. I am quite disappointed because he has failed to follow -up. He told me that he would contact me on yesterday afternoon, no call. I texted him on May 22, 2025, and I called him, he said he will call me back. At this very moment, no return call. Through my State Farm insurance, I have free emergency roadside service, but they could find NO SERVICE PROVIDERS WILLING to change a tire on the side of the highway. This business was the first (after an hour of searching) to agree to the job. They arrived to find my spare tire deflated, and graciously took my tire away to inflate it, returned, and changed it for me.
