Another shout out to Shasta Physical Therapy. This is the place to go for physical therapy. I am a client of theirs and they are amazing. Currently they are working with me on my shoulder and neck. Shout out to Rebekah (Bekah) at the front desk who is so welcoming, kind and funny. Then there is Kylie with the long brown hair and freckles. Kylie is bright and gets me through my exercises. I call her a little butterfly as she is constantly moving around taking care of her clients. Kylie is and she is always rooting for me and makes sures I am always in correct form. Same for Courtney, who is always quick to come and correct my form and has a great personality. Lastly, there is Gary, who is my physical therapist and one of the owners who sees me after my workout to massage and stretch the neck. All in all, this place is amazing. This is an awesome company. I have been to other PT shop where they don't even touch you tell you what to do then give you a piece of paper and say come back in a week. It's not that impressive from the street view, but the people inside are real professionals. They are extremely good at motivating people of all ages to do what needs to be done to recover from injury, surgery or pain. I had my hip replaced five weeks ago and today I'm able to walk 3 miles and ride my mountain bike without any discomfort. They have a cool, Relaxed and friendly vibe. This was the best find in Redding! Great staff who obviously like working together creating a welcoming, inclusive, friendly environment. It doesn't take long before you feel a part of the group! They develop a plan, guide you along the path (which, let's face it, it's PT so not always fun...), and celebrate your successes enthusiastically - plus there are dogs! I've been coming here for six months getting PT for a broken ankle after a car accident. Gary and his team are wonderful, kind, polite, and exceedingly patient. Month after month, they gently encouraged me to push myself and my ankle just a little more. Over time, you reap the benefits. Through the pain, you reap the benefits. Shasta Physical Therapy, located on the southeast corner of Victor Avenue and Hartnell Avenue, has a very knowledgable and courteous staff and flexible appointment scheduling. They were extremely cooperative with appointment costs and even times when I was late or accidentally missed an appointment. The work out area has a TV, several machines and tables, and only a few pieces of slightly dated equipment; but enough overall to accommodate a lot more patients than I initially thought. There's a tight parking lot that's tougher to navigate with large vehicles, but that's just like almost everywhere you go in Redding. They have treated me very well here while doing P/T for the back surgery I had. I would definitely recommend Andy, his staff, and the business! read more
