I…read morewoke up in the morning super anxious and nervous for what was about to take place, not even 5 minutes later (I swear she was reading my mind), I get a text about the day and how she was going to be with me every step of the way. I arrived a little early, disheveled and not prepared (hair a mess and makeup not done) and she was so patient with me as I prepped myself for the shoot. Getting in and out of the wardrobes was easy, she guided me with every pose and she even took the pressure off by having great music and of course her awesome dance moves. Never in a million years would I think I would do anything remotely like this and you know what, I feel great. My pictures came out awesome! Thank you so much Erin! I did a…read morelast minute boudoir shoot as a wedding gift for my fiance, and between everything else she had to do, she was able to squeeze me in, yet she never made me feel like an inconvenience or at all rushed all throughout our session! She made me feel incredibly comfortable--which is hard to do when you're half naked in front of a stranger! But Erin is such a professional and never made things awkward. She knows exactly how to pose you to make you look sexy and hide all the areas you might be a little self-conscious about. And she knows how to capture you at your perfect angle to draw out the diva in you. I loved my photos! Who knew I could look like that! Haha. Again, even though I chose to do this so last minute (3 weeks before my wedding), Erin rushed to edit all 126(!!!) of my photos for me to choose my favorites and then ordered my photo book to be here with plenty of time to spare before my wedding. Our most recent pictures were from our wedding years ago, so we decided to commemorate this year's anniversary with some updates. I was in search of a photographer whose talent would not rely on editing ability. Call me old-fashioned, but I feel like editing is an insult to real life. Heavy editing says that somehow the real moments--and the real people in the moments-- aren't good enough. We chose to work with Aaron because of his commitment to his craft. He pairs the proper tools with a healthy dose of patience to capture the genuine beauty of the moment rather than relying on photoshop editing. The photo shoot itself was casual and relaxed, just like Aaron and JoAnn themselves. We felt comfortable being ourselves and enjoyed visiting with them. There were moments when I forgot that the camera was even clicking. It's hard to describe, but I felt an unexpected rush of self-confidence as I examined the pictures. We looked great, and it was the real us. JoAnn's intuitive, practical, easy-going nature makes the reveal and selection process a pleasant experience. True photographic printing and presentation is intricate, but JoAnn skillfully navigated us through the decisions and helped us to assemble a collection that I know I'll be proud to share with others. Aaron's talent is rare and authentic, as is his work product. Working with them was truly a pleasure. We're thrilled with the results, and I look forward to sharing our anniversary with them again in the future.

I'm also kinda self conscious and terrible at 'modeling' or 'posing' but Danika is patient, and works with me to ensure I'm comfortable. I did a lot of research before selecting a wedding day photographer and David's photography style was everything I was looking for. David was a great communicator and was always quick to respond and answer all of my questions and concerns. On the day of the wedding, David did a fantastic job directing the wedding party on where and how to pose for pictures. The moments he captured are priceless and they turned out amazing. After the wedding, David was extremely patient with me as we worked on the wedding album. David was always ready to move forward but due to my busy work schedule, it was always hard to respond immediately. David sent me multiple reminders (which I truly appreciated) and showed that he cared about the production of my wedding album. Absolutely incredible and professional experience from the start to the finish! On the day of my…read morephoto shoot, I was welcomed with a high quality gift set or "swag bag" that included a few treats and goodies on behalf of the company, my favorite snacks/drinks and a playlist of my favorite tunes to set the mood. I was asked (not only prior) but during the shoot my degree of comfortability with everything from the temperature to the location of the shoot and everything in between. The hair and MUA (make up artist) was also extremely clean and professional, being sure to ask me what type of skin I categorize under (oily, dry to oily, etc) and made sure to use the products accordingly which I appreciated, having sensitive skin. I also have hair extensions and she was very careful in her styling tools and products and created a stunning yet subtle glam look that coordinated perfectly with the looks/outfits I brought in and the location of our shoot. The photographer was also extrememly credible in having the "eye" for poses, angles and all around professionalism for the art. He was really helpful with physically showing me how to pose, arch, twist and turn versus simple vocal demands and never fell short on reminding how great of a job I was doing despite being nervous and self critical. I was treated with respect, honor and like a celebrity. I would highly reccomend Javier Omar Photography for really any occasion needing photography but most certainly boudoir and would be willing to bet my money that you will not have another experience that comes even close to the expererience you would have with this company.
