Meathead movers are GREAT at loading and unloading boxes and furniture. They're very friendly, fast…read moreand efficient when it comes to that. Nearly every piece of furniture was wrapped in a moving blanket and nothing was scratched. All of our wall art and TV's were carefully packed and arrived in perfect shape. But I do NOT recommend them for packing your boxes! We hired them to pack our entire house on 3/10/26. They left many things unpacked that day and the crew who came to load everything the next day had to finish the packing. The young man who packed our kitchen did a great job, better than I would have done. Nothing was broken when we unpacked the boxes and every box was labeled correctly and thoroughly. But the rest of the house was packed horribly! Random items from separate rooms were put together in the same box. Some breakable items weren't even wrapped. The huge wardrobe boxes were used for very big and heavy items instead of our clothes. And some of our clothes that were on hangers were just shoved in boxes with other things without being folded. Some of our curtains were wadded up and used in a box like packing paper, making them extremely wrinkled. My mattress pad was wadded up and shoved in a box that was way too small and the box wasn't even closed! (See photo.) Many of the boxes weren't labeled at all, and some were actually labeled incorrectly, so when they were unloaded, they were placed in the wrong room, making us look for days to find our things. We have had to open every single box to figure out where it belongs. We have moved several times, but we have never seen such a sloppy packing job! My teenagers packed better than these guys did! We have been in our new home for a week now, and we're still trying to find things. If you plan to pack your own boxes, these guys are great at moving them. But when it comes to packing, they need some serious training! Very disappointed!

No. Called corporate and they directed me to the Fresno office only to find out from a lovely woman named Daliah (spelling?) that the Clovis location closed its doors. This project was a headache from the beginning. Salesman Austin was very good at blowing smoke in our faces and promised us the world. We were excited and ordered everything we wanted. Then, a week and a half later, we got a call from him saying he gave us the wrong booklet of fabric and we had to make all our selections over again! This then pushed our install date out even further. I should have cancelled the project then and there but was stupid and continued with them. Austin told us it should take 2-3 weeks from order date to install date. IT TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS! He said he would tell corporate to put a rush on the order since the delay was his fault anyway for giving us the wrong booklet, but there was no way our order was rushed. It took its sweet time and there was nothing we could do. We finally got a call saying our shades were ready to be installed, but when the installers came, we learned that they still did not have our shutter or the shade for our bathroom. Not sure why since these two were the ONLY two that Austin said weren't affected by him giving us the wrong booklet. So we had to wait another week and a half for the installers to come back and finish the project. Eventually they come back to install the shutter...AND IT'S NOT THE ONE WE SAID WE WANTED. We specifically had a conversation with Austin mentioning we wanted a double panel shutter, and they install a single panel one which I specifically mentioned I DID NOT WANT. So here I am today, sitting in the room with this single panel shutter, still in shock that they are out of business and they did not even inform us they would be closing. I literally just talked to the receptionist (Justyne) two days ago because she said the installers were coming back today to install the replacement. What a joke. Makes sense that they kept rushing me for the final payment even though the project wasn't 100% complete.

He said to me: "I question your work ethics". Excuse me?. I have showed up to every call over the past 15 years. I have provided his with quotes numerous times. Now, he thinks he should be provided a Quote for Commercial Door Service. It doesn't work that way. I will never work with them again.
