I was drawn to try this mover because its hundreds of reviews. Again, it proofs that just because you have hundreds of reviews would make it the best choice to do business with. Not only would it be difficult to communicate due to their mistake of giving out wrong email address to send photos but they itemize things to move. A ridiculous cost to move a handful of storage items to no where far away (15 minutes drive) turns out to be costing thousands of dollars. You got to be kidding. I end up just paying $160 to get the job done. I have to write this review because it's ridiculous estimate.

Does this armoire look like it was put back together? I don't think so!!!!!

I do not recommend Meathead Movers. They moved me from Fresno to Oceanside. Many of my antiques were destroyed. They have been a real Haarlem to deal with after the move.

The company sent two movers to our home, and from the beginning, their professionalism and work ethic were concerning. Both movers were wearing slip-on sandals while handling and moving our furniture. They damaged multiple pieces of our furniture, dented our brand-new refrigerator, scratched other items, and failed to properly cover our furniture, leaving several pieces dirty. The biggest issue was how slowly the move was handled. The movers took frequent breaks and would return smelling strongly of marijuana. They also worked in a very inefficient manner. Rather than completing one room or task before moving on, they would partially disassemble one bed, leave it unfinished, and then move on to another bed or another area of the house. They repeatedly jumped between different tasks instead of completing things in an organized and efficient way. Because of how slowly they worked, we were charged additional time, which was extremely frustrating considering the condition our belongings were left in and the damage that occurred. After the move, I contacted Rapid Moving and Trucking to address my concerns and was told that the owner would call me back. That call never came. I gave the company an opportunity to address the situation, but unfortunately, my concerns were not followed up on. Moving is already stressful enough without having to worry about your belongings being damaged or your time and money being wasted. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Rapid Moving and Trucking and would encourage anyone considering them to carefully research other options first. Update to Owners Response: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, your reply further demonstrates why we were disappointed with the service we received and defiantly shows why no one should use your company. Your response is unprofessional and contains several statements that are simply not true, and I want to correct the record. First, the owner never reached out to us during or after the move, and he never personally offered us any resolution. We did not decline a remedy from the owner because no such offer was ever made. The owner never returned any of our calls, let alone reach out to us to offer any sort of resolution. It took a public review for you to even acknowledge what happened. Second, your statement that we did not disclose the refrigerators is also false. Both refrigerators were included in our original quote. They were not surprise items added when your movers arrived, as you are now claiming. We have documentation of the original quote and can substantiate this. Third, the condition of the refrigerator is not the only reason for our complaint. Your movers damaged multiple pieces of our furniture, including our bedroom set, were rough with our belongings despite being asked to handle them more carefully, and the move took considerably longer than expected. These are legitimate concerns that we experienced firsthand. We also provided lunch because we were trying to be considerate of your employees and help make an already difficult moving day go more smoothly. Your attempt to portray that situation as though we were unwilling to feed your employees or were simply upset about them eating is misleading and honestly tacky. I would think you would want to explain why your movers smelled of marijuana and appeared under the influence instead but I guess that would be a difficult issue to lie about. Most concerning, however, is your decision to bring my son, my family, and my religious beliefs into a business dispute. Your comments about my son supposedly damaging the refrigerator, as well as your references to my church and forgiveness, are completely inappropriate and have nothing to do with the service your company provided. We are entitled to honestly share our experience, just as you are entitled to respond professionally. We both know my son did not damage our "brand new - inside fridge". The fridge your movers damaged was inside the house. My son did not hit it with a baseball or his scooter, but we both already know that. You are entitled to disagree with our review, but you are not entitled to rewrite what happened. We have documentation of the damage, and our firsthand experience of the move. We left our review to accurately describe our experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Your response does not change what happened, and the personal attacks in your response only reinforce our concerns about the professionalism we experienced. We stand by our review.

She set me up for the proper expectations and how the moving process would go as well as how they charge and what they charge for. Professionalism was prioritized. The laborers, Javier and Isaiah were very polite, friendly and didn't mind making small chat. Both of them were very professional and considerate. They were very careful in handling my belongings and meticulous about how they loaded and unloaded their truck. They even asked my preference as to which items were to be grouped together in my garage and if I wanted bulky items and furniture placed the front or back of my garage. They made sure nothing was set down in such a manner as to lean and fall or crushed by heavy items on top. They were very hard workers and moved with urgency. I would definitely call Grace Moving Co. For my moving needs. Worth the value of every penny I spent. Thanks to the Company again for your outstanding service. You have made all the difference during a stressful time. All the best, K B

It was two days before Christmas…read moreand I had ordered 2 Brita water filter bottles to be delivered to the mailbox I am renting there. Amazon attempted to deliver to them the day before. However, I got a notification from Amazon notifying that the delivery could not be completed, because the business was not open at 11:05 AM. I found this odd, because their website clearly states they are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. I called the store at about 11:15 PM and someone answered the phone. The next day, I spoke to an Amazon customer service representative and gave them special instructions to deliver the packages before 5:30 PM, because Postal Express & More closes at that time. I arrived at 4:30 PM by Uber. My package from Amazon had not arrived yet, but I still wanted to get my mail, and I had another package that I had not picked up yet. When, I entered the building there were no other customers but me. Their were two men working there. One I recognized, and the rude one I had never seen before. The rude one was seated in a chair closest to the entrance, and was leaning back and slumped in it. His demeanor was very unprofessional, and he looked like he was bored, and just wanted to go home. I explained that I was getting a package delivered hopefully before 5:30 PM. The rude one asked me if I had a mailbox there. I said, "Yes." The other man, let's call him the nice man. The nice man asks me what my name is, and I tell him. He verifies my identity in the computer, and goes towards the back to get my package. All find and normal. Right? But when I turned to open my box and get my mail, the rude one asked me if I had a key? I found this to be an unnecessary question to be asked, as previously I had a conversation with the nice one about when my renewal was up for my mailbox rental. Why, on earth would I show up at this point to get my mail out of my mailbox without my key? It made me feel like I was being treated like a crazy person. Like I hadn't paid for my mailbox, and I was pulling one over on them, despite the fact that my identity was verified on the computer. I got my mail, and then explained to them that I would be back before 5:30 to see if my package was delivered. And I also mentioned I would most likely be having dinner at the Japanese restaurant next door in the mean time. I returned at 5:20 PM, and the door was locked, and the lights were dimmed. However, the two men were still inside. I knocked on the door, and the rude one let me in. I said, "You guys were going to close up early, after I said I might get a delivery up until 5:30 PM?" I had even previously let them know that I gave special instructions to Amazon to deliver before 5:30 PM. Subsequently, I expressed to them, that I felt mistreated by the rude one, with his interrogations when I first approached them. "Do you have a mailbox here?" "Do you have a key?" When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service, and the early closing of their business without prior notification, the rude one came towards me and started aggressively arguing with me. I wasn't intimidated by this, but I am a women of small stature. The nice one, was trying to be a mediator to the situation, but the rude one would not let up. When, I pointed out that it was inappropriate for the rude one to be arguing with me in this manner, the rude one shouted, "I have a right to defend myself!" At which point the Amazon truck pulls up, and I left to get my packages from the Amazon delivery person myself. Not only do I feel humiliated and verbally berated by one of Postal Express & More's employees, but had I not shown up right before closing at 5:20 PM, my package would not have been delivered once again. Does this young man's attitude represent how Postal Express & More cares about serving their customers? I seriously hope not. I am a loyal customer to a business that is efficient, and cares about the people who they serve. It is about people, not commerce. It is unfortunate when a business just doesn't care about company efficiency, and good customer service.
