He explained all the of the black Friday options and explained the process to make sure we wouldn't loose our number with our current provider. We setup 2 phones, one was a brand new phone with porting both lines and one was bring your own device plan. We were able to save a decent amount from our current billing. Along with receiving the phone we were also offered free ghost armour for our phones to ensure more longevity for our devices. I would recommend seeing Esmail for all of your phone needs.

We decided to move to Shaw Business this past summer. The transition went relatively smoothly except for our fax line. We have been trying for over 8 months to get Siplink to release our fax number to Shaw and they have repeatedly told us that they released the number, while Shaw says they haven't. It turns out our fax number is resold through a company called "Nu-Dawn" and they need to release it in order for Shaw to reactivate it. Suprise, surprise... Siplink was previously named "NuDawn," and even knowing that we know this information they still refuse to release the number.
