He really listened to us and came up with an incredible solution to our problem! My husband and were both able to upgrade our phones for free, and he was able to get us more data for a small increase in our monthly bill. Plus he seemed to be the only one in the store who really knew what he was doing, the others appeared to still be in training. So he was like the Flash, jumping from helping us to helping 3 other customers in the store simultaneously! Our 18 month old was running around the whole store all the while making a racket but Abraham and one of the ladies working there just kept laughing and saying how cute she was! I asked if I could put the phone number in my name in order to keep it active and was told no, because if they pulled up the account to cancel anything, they would cancel it all. Has anyone else had any experience with Shaw/Rogers with this type of situation? My parent's had this number for 40 years, and we just need to keep it until the house sells :(
