After sending Jay the Home Owner's Inspection report with the roofing issues, Jay reviewed what the document said I needed, offered a few options and very reasonable pricing. They had to remove the existing slate tiles, replace most of the plywood around a curved dormer, and also resurface the ledge gutter. Jay prepared me in advance for any extra work that might be needed and took many pictures when the slate tiles were off so i could see what was needed. The new work looked terrific when completed as a result of certain finishes that Jay suggested at no extra cost. His crew was very respectful of my tenants and maintained the grounds of the property throughout the job. Medina's Tree service was removing trees from my neighbor's property, and I requested an estimate…read morefor about 7 over 30 feet tall scrub pines that were either touching, dead and or leaning near our 4-story home roof as well as pruning of branches off a large oak tree branches off of our driveway. Our concern was possible future home damage from a storm and or heavy snow fall. Mr. Medino tagged the trees, and we agreed upon the price. He was working about 2 weeks out depending upon weather. I emailed his office a list of dates as I wanted to be at my home during the work. He contacted me 4 days prior by text along with a copy of his insurance which we requested. The crew of 6 arrived promptly at 8:00AM to our Voorhees Home. I was impressed by the meticulous attention to protecting our grass by placing rubber mats down for a large tree lift crane to get access to our rear property and avoiding sprinkler heads which I had tagged. The crew was well protected with hard hats and goggles. Safety for home and workers were important to us. They skillfully sectioned our over 30 feet scrub pines, fed them through their chipper on sight at the curb and then used the lift to prune back oak tree branches overhanging our driveway. A small section of our cedar fence had to be removed for access which they replaced at the end of the job. Stumps were ground flat. All debris were removed from the property and Mr. Tito inspected the job. We paid by Bank check. My husband and I give them 5 Stars. They have skilled workers, the correct equipment, and the expertise in their field.
