Place was 5 min from hotel. 2 guys that worked there, one was the owner were freaking unbelievable. From the moment I walked in to the tune I left, I felt so valued. My first time there and didn't know what to order. Asked the owner. I did half and half. Half chicken over fries and half beef over rice. Both sides drowned in tahini and other sauces. Food was awesome. After I finishing paying and started eating. The owner comes to my table and says "drinks on the house-any drink on me". Seriously? How awesome is that? The place got so busy. Chatham fire department showed up while I was eating there. Place is under new management and ownership and is totally awesome. I am going there again today because it was that good

Strip mall, corporate-style Mediterranean food might not be your thing but consider this place if…read moreyou like great shawarma. The interior of Osmow's could easily be recycled for any number of strip mall, chain restaurants of any type of food. On the one hand, it lacks character and authenticity. On the other, it feels oddly calming and familiar - like a decent food court in a decent mall. I ordered the lamb shawarma pita and it was SOLID. The meat was well-cooked, nicely seasoned with a delicious mix of vegetables and a wonderful sauce that I assume was tahini. The king of the sandwhich though was the pita. It was fresh, soft but with a slight crisp on the outside from a panini press. I could have made a meal out of that pita alone. I had a side of falafel; the garlic sauce made it great. All three of the workers were very friendly and a kind of the woman at the register was nice to warn us that"medium" spice was still very, very spicy and we thankfully downgraded the spice. She ended her shift while we were still eating and she checked in on her way out to see if our spice was adequate and how we liked our food. I would definitely return and you might give it a try too.

We ordered lunch for my sister-in-law for her birthday today, and brought it to her house only to find that our bread was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know, and my wife and son were in the car getting ready to go back to pick it up. The woman on the phone asked me how far we were, and when I told her, she said she would make fresh bread, and deliver it! 20 minutes later, an SUV pulled up with a bag of freshly baked pita breads! Now that's customer service. The food we ordered was amazing; the lentil soup was fresh, and the flavor was perfectly balanced. The hummus, tabbouleh, chicken shawarma, and garlic dip were all perfect. Their falafel has just the right amount of seasoning. And of course, the bread was unbelievably fresh. The location in Washington Township is super clean and very nicely appointed on the inside for dine-in. The staff is very friendly, and as I recounted, their service could not be better. I would recommend the location in Washington Township to anyone looking for delicious food, a clean and inviting atmosphere, and great service.

While working in the area we decided to give this local place a try. This will probably not happen…read moreagain due to the pricing and lower quality of product and snarky reply to previous review on google. Pretty friendly service from the lady working there was ok, and the burgers are good ( I had a cheese burger and a soda pop, my co-workers ordered a burger and a turkey clubhouse.) I do not recommend you order the clubhouse they use thick cuts of processed deli meat that is gelatinous and fairly gross in my opinion. The clubhouse was 10.99 and described turkey breast.... Deli meat is not turkey breast. And the prices are pretty high for the quality. $2 for a can of soda.... I ordered a cheeseburger which was $8.99 just for the burger and if I wanted a combo another $6 on top. That would have been almost $15 before tax and tip. This is why I ordered JUST the burger and a pop which came to approximately $12 ish with tax. I wish I had gotten a picture of the clubhouse to show how unappetizing it was. While they probably make a great Lebanese dish they seem to lack in the other dishes but then as a business owner, I would not want to serve them if I couldn't provide good quality.... Sorry just my logic. I left a review via google but the owner seems to only be interest in good reviews. Their reply was " we've never had anyone complain in 9 years about the clubhouse" People leave reviews so you can gain feedback and maybe grow and get better. By your reply it seems you're not interested in either. I wanted to return to try the Lebanese dishes but now am hesitant as why give money to a business that has no interest in trying to please all customers not just the ones that leave glowing reviews.

Kibbeh Nayeh! Saw this on their Meta ad last week Thursday…read more I was under the weather, so marked my calendar. Today was the day! A very nice clean restaurant. Bar type seating available, they do not sell liquor. Tables clean and evenly spaced. Pretty much EVERYTHING is homemade with #TheMom's famous recipes! The kibbeh, was amazing. It's def an acquired taste; I got turned on to it by my Lebanese grade school buddies; this was phenomenal. Huge serving; I have plenty for tomorrow and Saturday. I typically don't care for the pickled turnips, but after tasting these, my mind was changed. Not sure what it was, but they were way better than what I've had in the past, (from Nashville to Chicago, bar none). The garlic dip was pungent and tasty-a perfect cold weather food. The pita was very light and thin. (I honestly don't do gluten, so that was a huge perk for me.) I asked about Med/Turkish coffee; they do not have it BUT, the Lebanese tea, Shanna suggested was deelish! Brewed individually. It went especially well with the baklava that I couldn't leave without trying. If you want the real deal- this is it. If you want nice people, they have that as well. Andy, one of the proprieters, agreed Shanna is THE best server, hooman, resource AND her printing is unbelievable (Mother Theresa, check the manuscript on chalkboard when you walk in)! I'll be back. (Oh, and pop into #Boomerang's next door. Walk off a couple pounds and find something fancy.)
