The social media advertising is AMAZING, but unfortunately the experience didn't match the hype. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor that immediately made the establishment feel unclean. A quick look around made it obvious the restaurant hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time, and overall it just wasn't inviting. The service, however, was great. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and did an excellent job explaining how everything worked. The food itself was okay, but nothing that would make me want to return. Honestly, if the dining area looked and smelled that way, it naturally makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. My boyfriend and I visited for the first time and I can't wait to visit again! They seemed short staffed but the person who helped us was friendly despite being busy. It took several minutes for things to be freshly fried. Definitely mention it is your first visit and you will receive special offer coupons, like free fries and drink! Most of the customers appeared to be teens or families, which makes sense considering the good prices. The restaurant is casual and many customers ordered takeout. We each ordered a wrap and shared some fries. The portion sizes were huge and delicious and I took half of the food home. Love that there's now a shawarma dedicated spot right here in Mason. It's originally from Columbus but we now have one here! You can build your own meal with all toppings of your choice and choose from a variety of meats like falafel, chicken, and steak. They have many different sauces to add on, I truly wish they had a spicy red sauce to add on otherwise it's still very tasting. The inside has a nice searing area to give you the option to dine in or still take to go. And the service is pretty quick. Make sure to go show them some love! read more

We ordered a couple Chicken Shawerma wraps last night and some fries with garlic sauce. Chicken was overcooked and did not seem high quality or very seasoned. Could have used a bit more garlic sauce and pickles. Fries were fine. I gave them four stars because it is hard to find food that is pretty low in calories and this high in protein. I'd say it's like a chipotle for mediocre Mediterranean food, mostly customizable. the steak meat was generally dried and overcooked, the toppings not the highest quality or fresh. They have a good selection of sauces to cover up the food quality but there are plenty of better options within a 3-5 mile radius of this place, i think they could do a lot better. Overall, it was a great sharwama but a couple of suggestions to make it great: little more spice on the meat, amp up the garlic sauce (too weak), and pickles lacked salt and a crunch.
