What an authentic experience! The food was eye-popping good! From tea in a lovely tea pot to chicken kebab on a skewer to potatoes with dill and onions in a delicious yogurt dip to baklava, the food begs a repeat return! Our server was phenomenal! Unless you're trying to go to a loud base concert where you can't hear the person next to you I highly suggest avoiding this place, especially on a Saturday night. The DJ was asked to turn the volume down multiple times by multiple people yet didn't do so. The space can hold probably 400 people yet there were about 50-60 people because no one wants to deal with the noise while trying to enjoy dinner. Definitely a turn off from coming here again. I was really disappointed. The humus tastes like Kroger's. The meat was tough and bad flavor. The pita bread was even hard. There was so much rice on my plate, it was like paying $16.00 for a plate of rice and hard bland beef. The lamb literally tasted like hamburger meat. The appetizer a meat and pie was hard and had plain hamburger meat inside. In addition to the fruit flys, the waiter never asked how the food was. I understand why. When I hear "Mediterranean", I think Italian & Greek. Mirage goes further East than that, serving foods with more Persian influence. The facility is very nice, but the food was spectacular. My wife ordered falafel plate with Russian potatoes (roasted with garlic and dill) and a chopped salad of cucumber, tomato and onion. I ordered grilled tilapia with the same potatoes and salad. I expected half as much food for the price listed. And every bite was absolutely delicious. Will def be back. read more

My wife and I stopped for dinner early on a Saturday evening. The place is much bigger inside than anticipated. There were two private parties going on, but still more than enough room for additional diners. I had the scallop kabob and my wife had the beef and chicken kabob. Both were very good. Scallops were a bit small but cooked and seasoned well along with the vegetables. My wife's chicken was a bit overcooked, but the beef was very good. All in all, a good tasting dinner with large portions. We will definitely go back. read more

Both waters did not speak English or Russian/or did not want to. Somehow we placed our order and started to wait.Two other groups of people that came after us were served way before us, meanwhile we were informed that they out of beef kebabs ( right! They served it to other groups) After 1.5 hours of waiting we finally got our order/ or whatever they had to offer out of what was left.Food was very salty and not fresh. When I came to the counter to pay I was issued somebody else's bill, actually 3 different kinds! Finally he gave me mine. I paid and left generous tip despite the crappy service and bad food. I went yesterday really excited bc I used to go a lot when it was in Harpers Point. The quality is not the same. The food was not fresh. You could tell that the rice was old.
