Dr. Peng jumped into action. He diagnosed my wife, instructed the flight attendants how to manage her care, and checked on her again at the end of our flight. The doctors (Dr Udal before she left and now Dr Kumar) spend a lot of time asking questions about my entire health picture and current issue before trying many alternatives. My only complaint -- and it's significant -- is the absolutely ridiculous wait time to get an appointment. Weeks or even months. That makes them an unreasonable alternative for urgent issues. They get a very bad rap (undeserved) in this site. If you read some of the reviews are from drug seekers. One star b/c they require a drug screen before prescribing pain meds? Of course they do! That is normal and responsible! Other reviews are similar. I will say they are part of Santa Rosa Community Health Centers, and many of their locations are terrible. Brookwood for one is the worst medical facility I have ever been to in my 50 years. Unprofessional reception. At least an hour wait with an appointment, and it's not uncommon to have to wait 3 OR MORE! Completely unprofessional.

I've worked in customer service for many years, you don't basically ignore the customers just because you think that they have to be there and you have some sort of unseen job security. Try doing your jobs and helping people who need to see a doctor instead of gossiping and goofing around on the job.

The scans showed the prosthesis was loose. Dr. Mulvihill discussed that he would have to open Knee up to see what's going on & fix the issue. Dr. Mulvihill is a highly skilled Orthopedic Surgeon who made me feel comfortable & confident that he could repair my damaged knee. He clearly explained what needed to be done to repair Failed Knee Replacement. I feel truly blessed to have received surgical care from a standout Orthopedic surgeon. When I asked for an EKG, it was done. I read it myself, as I was an ER nurse for 14 years, I know how to read 12 lead EKG's. My EKG was abnormal with inverted T waves which could indicate a prior myocardial infarction. The computer readout even said "abnormal EKG". The MA took the EkG printout to the doctor who said it was all fine and sent me on my way, with my husband who is a practicing Respiratory Therapist. Dr Agarwal did not even care to speak to me again about my abnormal EKG. If I could give her zero stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable lack of care, consideration and compassion. I would call it gaslighting, but I don't think she is that intelligent.

She strikes me as one sided as she expects symptoms to be a certain way and if they don't match what she expects then there's nothing wrong. She responds quickly to questions and always gets lab comments out quickly. I have followed her to three locations with Sutter. All physicians in Santa Rosa are over worked and very busy. I know it takes awhile to get an appointment so I book early. She also does video visits and those have been great for medication renewals.
