An example of the shoddy maintenance... Two months after moving into the rental home, the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower head were leaking. They used floss instead of plumbing tape. They do not only give shoddy maintenance to the properties they manage. They are also boorish and unpleasant to work with. If you are a homeowner, BEWARE! There are sooooo soooo soooo many more wonderful property management companies in spokane that run their business with ethics, integrity, kindness, and have problem solving mindset. These people are truly atrocious. Check Yelp, check Better Busines Bureau, and other review sites. The reviews speak for themselves.
