Spokane Washington: I had a great experience with Brandon Stebbins, who sold me my house, while working for the Top Agent Team. The company promised me a catered housewarming party and we settled on a date after renovations I am having done to the house are complete. After contacting Top Agent to verify the date, I am told that because Brandon is no longer employed with them, i will not get a housewarming party. I believe this is a very poor business practice since it was promised to me, and the company still made money off of the purchase of my home. I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Other agents we contacted to help us in our search for an investment property did not follow through, and I shouldn't have to make people want to do their job. Let me tell you, Latrice was a breath of fresh air, she was available and prompt. In Spokane Washington it was the worse experience of my selling a home life. Sarah and LJ Kennedy made many promises verbally that they did not follow through on in action. They also had at least 5 different phones between them which I should have realized was shady to begin with. As well as multiple Email accounts. As a disabled first time home seller it was agin the worse selling experience of my life. I didn't know any better and suggested 2 of my friends to them as well who also had a horrible experience. When all was said and done I feel they got me alone for over 10 thousand dollars. They also upon further review got a military veteran real bad who had children. Not only that but when they gave me a link and asked for an honest review I gave it and they deleted it. I can't believe they were accepted to Spokane Keller Williams with the negative history I found on them in Alaska. LJ Kennedy also has changed his name from John Kennedy as well. I for sure would not use them. The very first supposed sale of the home pulled out the day of the closing and didn't have to pay the earnest $$$. Even in their adds of our home they said back on market through NO fault of seller but if memory serves me correct it took 4 different u Der contract sales to sell the home and over 3 months in the hottest home selling market in the USA. Again I'd not use them. They can't delete this review and shame on Keller Williams for keeping them. This is all my personal opinion of my interaction with Sara and LJ Kennedy. Obnoxious, pushy, disrespectful, inconsiderate..... I received pushy emails over and over and over from them (Eric in particular) even though I repeatedly told them stop contacting me. They ignored all of my requests and just kept sending emails.I don't know if they can't read, are stupid, or are simply disrespectful. I was polite at first, but certainly am not any longer. read more

I would recommend Kyle to anyone looking into the home buying process, Kyle was always able to make time for us and always had extra houses we hadn't found in our own searches. Kyle made it very easy to look at houses and it felt like we were working with a friend from day one. I can not recommend Kyle with enough enthusiasm as he deserves. We were moving across state to buy our first home, so our local agent found Amanda F. to open homes for us. Amanda was very friendly and she wasn't pushy and seemed to be on top of things, so we continued to work with her. She was willing to go open homes for us and take pictures and videos to send us, in efforts to save us the many trips across the state, so we were very appreciative of that effort. However, she did not seem very knowledgeable about the actual process and we asked our local agent all our questions about the process. She was not very responsive once we started the actual home buying process and once we picked our home she seemed to disappear and stop doing anything but the necessary paperwork. We have yet to receive a report from some work that was to be done BEFORE we even closed (over a month ago). As an agent, she should have been much more on top of getting these things handled in a timely fashion. I also am unsure if a walk though was ever even done after the sellers were out and before we were in. Amanda was friendly, knew quite a bit about the area and was easy to talk with and relate to. Unfortunately, when it was all said and done, we were not very happy with the results of the process. If you're looking for someone to help you in home buying, and someone who has patience and honesty for a first time homebuyer, I highly suggest Brad Hays. We've probably narrowed down a list, accommodated my needs, and we ended up looking up about a dozen homes, in all the process, Brad was very knowledgeable and honest about what was wrong or lacking with the house. One particular instance is when I liked a house and he rated it C for the way the seller half-heartedly flipped the house. He also offered some advise on how much it will cost to repair certain items. On topof that, when I finally moved into my home, he was able to provide me a network of people who I can rely on fixing whatever I need to be fixed. If lack of communication and high level of inconsideration are what you are looking for, these people are just what you need. Otherwise, run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. To them, ethics is a bad word . They only care about their own bottom line but they are the most charming of vermin. Very disappointed in Mark Anderson. I have sold several homes in my life and have always been satisfied until now. It has been about 10 years since the last one I sold. I went with Mark because he approached me and said It was a good market right now. I had planned to sell it this summer but what he said sounded good so I said okay. That is the last time I saw Mark. Everything after that was either through email or text. Now in all fairness I didn't mind that and had said I preferred that type of communication because I was finishing up work. However I felt there was very little communication- I had to initiate most of time. The sign in the yard fell down and laid there until I text and told him. Message on sign that left a number to call for more information and described a house in another town. When I text him about it, it was never changed. Yes it sold within two weeks but again there was a lack of communication. The papers that needed to be signed for transference forgot to and American title called me. They had been sent to another address I had lived at more than 10 years ago. Now admittedly it was my former since I had gotten married after but if Mark had given me a heads up that they would be coming and I hadn't received them I could have pursued finding out why they hadn't arrived. A couple days before the closing and final sign I text him several times asking the timeline for a while I was going to happen and I did not hear from him. Finally I called and He apologize for replying to my text (almost got the impression we had to look up which one I was) and then never heard from him again until after the final closing. American title was wonderful about calling me and letting me know if I had any questions to let them know. Mark congratulated me on selling the house through a text after everything was done. I also got a text from him asking for my new address because " some of their clients get a gift". That was a week ago and now I just talked to a lady from I assume their office congratulated me on getting my new house. I told her I didn't buy a new house but I SOLD one. You could tell on the phone that she had made a mistake. These might also like little things but it all adds up to customer service. I felt like I was one of too many houses he was trying to sell. I have never written a review and maybe that is the way houses are sold today but staying consistently in touch, updating a customer to me is considered good service. read more
