There are potholes - that really can cause an accident, and they will be liable since its been reported. His dues have gone up, and up because other people are not paying theirs. HOA should protect the people but it is not. My father doesn't ask for much, and then no one will get back to him EVER. They may finally post something in Townsq, but he does not know anything about computers. Overall, they are horrible at the financials and should be holding those that are not paying accountable, and not making harder on the ones that pay their dues. Just simple bushes and pot hole to be fixed. Not happy at all. I will continue to help my father until something is resolved.
