They painted over my cuticles instead of cleaning them up properly, didn't even file my nails, and injured the cuticle above my toenail, causing it to bleed. There is still dried blood on my toe. They also applied rubbing alcohol to the injured area without warning me first, which burned badly. Overall, the service felt rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. For paying $45, I expected much better care and attention to detail. The quality of the pedicure did not match the price, and I left feeling disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cindy Nails. I hope they improve their cleanliness, attention to detail, and the care they provide to their customers so no one else has a similar experience.

While there is some initial pain in any waxing process, Jessyca does all to make sure any discomfort is minimal ( and I can say for each process it has been minimal. I do not have fine hair or thick skin.... ) It has been my experience that before each *application* Jessyca ensures the wax is not too hot and you are ready. She also does not leave an area until you are ready. The pain is A LOT LESS than traditional waxing AND has always subsided before I left the studio (I have felt pain a lot longer using traditional waxes and had reactions too. I did my scheduling and my consultation through the owner, and I sent him a picture, and we had a ver detailed conversation on what i wanted. The day before my appointment, I got a text message from the hairdresser saying she was overbooked because the scheduler didn't understand what I needed and didn't book enough time for my appointment and the previous appointment. The hairdresser had gotten sick, and I understand that we are all human. She did offer me other days and times, but as I had scheduled out 3 weeks in advance and recently started a new job. None of our schedules matched since I made the appointment with the owner, I sent him a message letting him know how disappointed I was because I was really looking forward to trying his salon. He instantly sent me back a message telling me that this was an errand that he would be calling me in just a few minutes after 3 hours of waiting for his phone. Call and send another message saying that I have canceled my appointment and was very disappointed in the interactions. I've had with this salon. He calls me. And tries to schedule an appointment. I offered him the only day I had off. To come in anytime he needed that didn't work with their scheduling. He asked if maybe I could come in later the same day I told him that I had a family dinner and then he asked me to come in the next weekend, which was my grandson's birthday. His response was anytime that day at work. I informed him that neither one of those days worked for me. As he kept going through the calendar and I let him know I worked 2 jobs, and that's part of my problem. That's why I scheduled my appointment so far in advance. His only other option was to make me wait until the middle of July... More than another month. I am very disappointed in the actions of the salon.
