I'm a disabled woman with a cane, to assist me walking. The technician smacked my legs as I was trying to sit down in the pedicure chair and yelled at me to pick a color first, after the front desk lady told me to sit in the chair. I've been getting dip nails for over 3 years. This is my first time here. There might be 10 colors to choose from. The nail tech asked if i wanted French tips I agreed, she offered black and I said yes. She complained about the black powder getting in the pink powder, even though she offered it as an option, the whole time. She dremeled around my cuticles so much they were bleeding when I got home. The way she applied the dip powder has made bubbles over the black and now it looks like shades of grey. Less than 12 hours later the clear top coat is already peeling off. I wouldnt recommend for dip nails. read more

A friend and I went in to Pro Nails today. My friend has been going there a long time and she loves them. She got a fill, I got a new set of nails, and we both had pedis. The massage chairs are really nice, and I usually don't like such things due to my bad back. We both had wonderful pedicures. The woman who did my friends seemed to know a lot about diabetic feet problems and listens well. She was the mother I am told. The daughter in law did my nails and they are the nicest nails I have ever had. I would actually give them 5 stars if they did waxing too. I'll definitely go again. They take walk ins, but from what I saw today I recommend an appointment. Ok, now I have been there several times. I wish they did waxing and eyelash tinting. Other then that I love them. Tony is my favorite. He is so patient and does the best job. He is friendly and makes you feel like his favorite client. Prices are good. I've tried a few other places in town and am done with that. Since my last review I have been back twice for gel polish and pedicure. I really love pro nail. My gel polish stays on for at least two weeks, typically it only stays on for 9 days because my hands are in a lot of water. On my second appointment (after the original review), Helen was my nail tech again. She seriously remembered everything about me, and I got to know a little about her. It was excellent. I am a hairstylist, so I am very aware of sanitation procedures that need to be executed. This is the first nail salon in Kelso/Longview that I can actually relax in. read more

Won't be coming back- first impressions are very important. Came in with a very specific idea- said they couldn't make it look good, ended up just choosing black. That was fine. But while just filing my nails my skin was sliced. Couldn't tell if it was from the file, or from him pushing my skin down with his own fingernail. Regardless it hurt and was small, but very deep. I have been going here for about nine months to get my regular fills and an occasional pedicure. I love this place. It's family owned and operated and they are so friendly and quickly remember you by name and what you like. Very clean and just good people. I've never had a problem with walk in but more often make an appointment. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit but I don't mind at all because they are all so good at what they do. I will not go anywhere else in town! I have to say Mai is my favorite but they all do wonderful work! read more

I dont mind waiting except there is an employee sitting at a manicure station on his phone doing nothing while the older gentleman runs around and is working hard. Very excellent work! I watched "Tony" as he helped finish his customer who by the way, he took great care of her not only doing her nails but he worked with her to set up another appoint for the next day to her delight! It was touching to see the care he gave her. I am visiting from Idaho and I am totally pleased with the service, length of time and general conversation.
