After a lot of of review reading, Suneeta seemed like someone worth taking a risk for. She did not disappoint. Straight to the point and cleaned up my eyebrows perfectly. I brought my sister with me for the first time, but I didn't love how my eyebrows turned out, so I wasn't planning to tip. When it was time to pay, I was charged $17.54 and was never given an option to select a tip. I was confused but paid anyway. My sister got the same service and was only charged $12.99, so I asked why mine was $17.54. She went through the transactions on her machine and said it was the tip. I told her I was never given the option to even select a tip. Then, in front of my sister, she said, "Yeah, I was confused too because you never tip." I was a little taken aback. Not only was that a very unprofessional comment to make in front of another customer, but I was also somewhat offended because I tip nearly every time I visit. I would have gotten over being accidentally overcharged this time, but being told that I "never tip" as a longtime customer left a sour taste in my mouth and made me never want to come back. I don't see how I could maintain a good relationship with this business after hearing something like that.

We took a seat in there comfy couch and let me say if it was turned on I would have probably slept so thank god for tit not being turned on. So today both wifey and I decided to get them done. Not bad honestly plus tip we paid each $17 so yes not bad. The lady that did mine took her time and told me how to help her to get most of that stubborn hair out. "Mine was really kind and asked me what I wanted done in mine" obviously I told her please just a clean up nothing else. I also noticed she seemed very reluctant to assist with the placement of my finger during the threading, almost as if she found it unpleasant to touch me or to spend more time explaining to me. I've never experienced this before. In the end, we just let my finger be in imperfect positions while she threaded carelessly. The threading itself felt extremely rushed and turned out uneven. I didn't say anything at the time because I just wanted to get out of there--she made me so uncomfortable that I felt my whole body tense up.
