Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. First and foremost I was told there would be blown up images of my maternity pics on display around my shower and a custom welcome sign, I got neither. I was told the treats table would look very similar to the photos provided and would have a custom WOODEN "once upon a time" sign...instead I got a small table with a total of SIX props not even enough to hold all the treats I had (cake and treats were provided by someone else) and the "once upon a time sign" was a small cut out of some glittery PAPER. I wanted the photo area to MATCH the treats table which I was very specific about but she completely ignored and gave me a photo area with the material hanging on the ground and the balloons not even coming down far enough to hide the black stands...VERY tacky. Table cloths were wrinkled, multiple people offered to steam them for her but she declined the help saying she would do it....she did not. She showed up 2 hours late almost not being done before my shower started. And to top it alll off she assured me that she would be giving me a refund and it has now been 10 days and of course, NO REFUND. (Not that the amount quoted was even justified) ....turns out she makes a habit of promising refunds she never intends to provide (saw a previous review from a different customer in 2020) At this point I don't even care about the money ....It's the principle. It's sad that we can't support small businesses with confidence.
