I paid 120 plus dollars on parts debit not credit to do exhaust system and we asked if there's things we don't use need or open can I bring it back up. He's like oh yea no problem at all. So I bring them up he scans reciept and days I'm all good I did where's my money you can either pay me cash back or put it to my card. He never asked and sent it out to some other card which was a guy with me who I already paid to do the job and all the parts and then tells me the money will show up to 72 hrs in like I didn't pay credit this is debit same as cash and if that was the case he should have told me or sent it to the card of my choosing. Not to someone else so instead of talking to me or settling the problem he secretly called the cops who weren't going to come but one was by and did or said nothing. Needless to say I have to now play a waiting game for my money on there mistake while the guy was beyond unprofessional or sneaky. My days with autozone are done especially with the sneaky cop cars and other worker telling me he's lying. That's at corunna rd and the pos guy is the white heavy set guy acting as the wanna be manager and key holder. Please do better autozone and communicate so screwing people and taking us for granted. Time to take all business else where my family my car people and all of us car sales man are going elsewhere it's not our first rodeo

I was told that they would have to inspect it themselves first for $60 and it would be about 40 minutes. An hour and a half later I'm told brakes will be $1,100 when I asked why it is coasting so much I was told to go elsewhere. So at this point if I go elsewhere I have just wasted an hour and a half and $60 so I told them what I could afford at the moment and asked them to fix the broken rotor and replace the pads on the back and I would do the front myself. It took them over 3 more hours to complete. So I will be taking the young ladies advice and will be taking my car elsewhere for service.

I came back and they were really really busy and Dom was not there but Anthony made sure that it was taken care of, knowing the severity of wear on the old filter being so bad they made sure to make it happen. While waiting patiently I witnessed Anthony being extremely professional with customers who were not really pleasant and he did so very well. He was very personable with the customers joking around with them and creating a great experience! I complained to her about the unsanitary drink fountain area and she ignored me. It is a shame that customers are such pigs but the employee should be off her phone and cleaning up-or is it not her job?
