I have taken my truck to the Davison Road muffler several times to be fixed and never got knowledgeable service, friendly or caring people to help that I've had with this muffler. You can't ask for better, Peter and the guys go above and beyond to help people. They are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, offer great service, value is much more reasonable than most, you couldn't ask for a better crew to work on your vehicle from a little job to a big job. had some brake work done here drove my car after paying almost $400 still had same problem my friend got under it looked was only a few cents for what was wrong and fixed it the parking lot at my job in 15-20 minutes they had my vehicle for 2 days when I called to speak to them he hung up on me never again will I go to this business and I will worn everyone I know not to use them either!!! read more

Oil change fast and reasonable . No pressure to up charge for things you don't want or need

I had all my front end work done on my Cadillac Escalade I'm going down the road tie rod came on the driver side I had to put another screw back on the tie rod just to get it back up there and then the manager said there was no proof that it came off and I spend a lot of money with these guys over the years I had to replace CV axle and put new shocks all because of this happening I do not recommend anyone going up there but if you do if you see a young white guy with glasses do not let him work on your car And bad business on the managers They need to fire the manager and the little white guy with the glasses read more

BEWARE!! My Ford Escape needed some love so I took it here because of the reviews, MY mistake. First while I was being written up a customer was calling and threatening 1 of the techs named Steve. That should have been my first red flag. I myself am ASE certified until 12/25/2022 but I am currently disabled and I told them that, apparently they didn't believe me. I told them what I knew was wrong with the truck, a rear wheel bearing, and an exhaust leak in the front of the engine. I also wanted them to check the suspension and brakes because I was given the truck and I wanted to know exactly how much it would cost to repair. Steve called me the next day, remember Steve? He said it needed a crossover pipe-$525.00. Then the rear bearing $350.00. Then he said it needed brakes all the way around $750.00. Total $1625 but he said he could do it for $1500.00. I authorized the repair. The next day he called and said it was ready. I went to pick it up and they had it parked in the rear. I paid for it and went out and started it. JUST As loud as before! I started down Corunna rd. and before I got home the brake light AND the ABS light were on! The left front bearing was bad and grinding and they said nothing about that, or the right front lower control arm bushings, so I took it to Tuffy on Miller rd. and had them fix the bearing and replace the broken pipe behind the crossover pipe Muffler man charged me $525.00 to replace. AND they showed me the pipe Muffler man replaced doesn't sit flush against the manifold, so it still leaks and is still louder than it should be. Then I noticed on the invoice that they said repairs were done at customers request! Removing themselves from any liability for the crappy work. $1500.00 and it is only a little bit better, the left rear bearing. These guys are CROOKS, the kind I heard about my whole career of over 30 years. Remember YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Go anywhere else. read more

Waited an hour and a half for an alignment only to be told after I paid that they can only do the front waste of my time and money because I had to go to another place and wait another hour and a half and pay for another front end alignment Because apparently you can only do a full alignment and not just the front or rear, then why did I just pay for a front end alignment at the first place, ripped off and mad! read more

My car got towed there because I thought I needed new wires for my battery but Rodney looked at it comes out they only needed to be tightened up. He. Took care of everything for no charge because it was s easy fix. I thought I was coming out of hundred dollars or so and left spending 0. The tow truck snatched my bumper off and Rodney also fixed that. No charge I left him a great tip! read more

Had to have my 99 civic repaired due to an extremely loud exhaust noise. The noise was embarrassing and very loud. My car was losing acceleration power and I was barely able to make it to Muffler Man. They were able to squeeze me in before closing and I left my car overnight. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful​ along with tbe mechanics. They even offered to give me a ride home. They stayed until my ride came. The next morning they called and mentioned my exhaust relair would only cost $40. I was soooo relieved! I was dreading the possibility of $200 or more job. I highly recommend this Muffler Man due to their honesty, fairness, and concern for the customer. Great staff! Two thumbs up!!!! read more

Went to this store for brakes on my 2016 f350, was there 5 hours, and they broke my emergency brake pads off on both sides, in the process of taking my rotors off. And now they are going to charge me 57 dollars for new pads plus installation. I also had an alignment done and my steering wheel is crooked. I would not recommend this store. Very unpofessional as I was waiting at a stop light on Corunna road I witnessed one of the "mechanics" jump into a car they had been working on and tear off down a side street at such a high rate of speed it was a miracle he didn't blow up that engine or crash the vehicle. read more

One star is bring generous. My O2 sensor was replaced by Muffler Man and they installed it wrong. It just went bad, two months over warranty, and they refused to accept any fault and blamed me for not claiming the issue sooner even though it didn't occur sooner. Called and spoke with Steve Slater, who absolutely belittled me and laughed at my allegations. I am so disappointed in this company and will continue to deter people from EVER going here. Additionally, they didn't put in the specific ford bolts into my other vehicle after an oil change and the shield came off while we were driving. And again, on another vehicle, they ripped us off for a faulty oil change. I would NEVER go here and would strongly suggest that everybody STAY FAR AWAY. Having Steve Slater be such an arrogant and small-minded customer service rep speaks on how the company actually functions. HA, RUN from this company, don't walk. Downright disrespectful and will mess up your vehicle, BAD!! read more

My son took his car here to get work done on the brakes. They said they couldn't bleed them so his brake pedal was soft. I told my son to bring it over so I could take a look at it. They had broken off the bleeder valves and didn't say anything about it. When we called up there to ask them about it the manager got rude and hung up on us so we drove up there. When we got there the manager came out and took off his glasses and came around the counter yelling at us with his fists clenched ready to fight. My son is an Iraq war vet and the manager knew this and had made slurs against him and the military. If this is how they run a business then I will take my business elsewhere. read more
