Brought my car here because it was purchased here and all the services have been done here. I was told that they would have to inspect it themselves first for $60 and it would be about 40 minutes. An hour and a half later I'm told brakes will be $1,100 when I asked why it is coasting so much I was told to go elsewhere. So at this point if I go elsewhere I have just wasted an hour and a half and $60 so I told them what I could afford at the moment and asked them to fix the broken rotor and replace the pads on the back and I would do the front myself. It took them over 3 more hours to complete. So I will be taking the young ladies advice and will be taking my car elsewhere for service.

I came back and they were really really busy and Dom was not there but Anthony made sure that it was taken care of, knowing the severity of wear on the old filter being so bad they made sure to make it happen. While waiting patiently I witnessed Anthony being extremely professional with customers who were not really pleasant and he did so very well. He was very personable with the customers joking around with them and creating a great experience! They have what I need typically, but run out of the Flint Journals rather quickly. Oh, and this station is always busy. Even at midnight, you'll often find a line snaking halfway across the store. This also sometimes translates to difficulty getting to the E85 pump. 16 vehicles can get fuel at the same time, and yet only 2 pumps have E85. As such, I have only purchased E85 Ethanol (Flex Fuel) a handful of times here.
