He doesn't just put you through workouts -- he teaches proper mechanics and safe training. My main goal was resolving back pain, and that's now completely gone. The progress I've made wouldn't have happened without his patience, knowledge, and consistency. What I appreciate most is not just how good he is at what he does, but the type of person he is. He's super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel comfortable and simple from the beginning. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and wants to see them improve.
