The booked appointment was @ 1:30 for make-up and hair which I traveling from Cali to attend my nieces wedding. The call was professional and thorough, I was asked for my credit card information to secure the appointment ( no biggie), which was surely for one who may be a no-show. I confirmed two electronic incoming messages via text and email which I appreciated they had done as well. The morning of my appointment, I received a call at 8:09 AM to see if they could move my appointment time to noon as the person scheduled to do my services had called out sick. I totally understand we all get sick and I was okay with coming in earlier. I loved my hair, but the wings/cat eyed eyeliner that I requested was how trying to do my own wings looks. I had not noticed how horrible it was until getting into my car, stopping across the street at a shoe store. I looked in the rear view mirror at my eye make up and was like (wtf). I found no reviews online regarding this product and put my trust in the personnel working in the Medispa at Spargo. There were four sessions spaced a week apart. Despite following all post-treatment instructions--applying the recommended Factor 5 facial mask to soothe my skin and maintain hydration--I encountered significant problems. Rather than seeing healthier, rejuvenated skin, I developed large red spots and severe dryness after each peel. I was told my face would look so much better after a week or two. The discomfort was substantial, and even with additional application of lotion and Aquaphor, my skin's condition worsened. Makeup failed to conceal the marks and I was told after the 3rd treatment that I needed to do 4 even though I planned on stopping due to the effects on my face. Although Spargo refunded the cost of my final treatment, the damage is more than when I started. I was hoping to get rid of age/sun marks on my face this product was terrible for me.

I originally had an appt with another stylist but because of my own miscommunication and the recent loss of my dad, I came the wrong day. (I'm really sorry about that guys) I was lucky enough to meet Michelle there working late. She agreed to cut it for me and try to fix it because I had a job interview that Friday. She was lovley, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and saved my hair. She shaped it nicely to my face which was a miracle considering how bad it was. She knew exactly what would work, took her time and expertise to make it look healthy and beautiful. I knew I had to go really short to save it, and she somehow managed to make me feel like I still had a little length. Being in customer service myself, whether you're currently busy or not, acknowledging your customers' presence is important. So I decided to walk myself deeper into the salon and find the product myself. THEN SHE SPOKE TO ME! "Can I help you with anything?" I told her I was looking for product to reduce hair loss. That's when she laughed at me and basically rolled her eyes, then spoke in a condescending voice, "uhhmmm I don't think anything like that exists, haha" so now that she has been openly condescending and rude to me in front of other customers, I walked out crying.
