Hours are flexible and they even do Mondays by appointment. The first time I went in, I needed a trim and Erin gave me a dry cut for $25. Very affordable and very well done! I even booked a keratin treatment with Jasmine that day. She got me in a week later and WOW, the results are amazingggggg. My hair is pin straight and looks absolutely gorgeous. The texture is like silk and it literally blow dried so straight I probably won't even flat iron it in the future. Not only did these women do a fantastic job, they were so personable and made me feel right at home. I believe businesses should be 100% about customer service and they hit it out of the park. The outside of the business kind of looks like an old warehouse, but don't be fooled! Inside is like the spirit of Christmas! They have all their holiday decorations us, seasonal beverages, handmade coffee mugs, business cards for other locals, and a whole selection of products to choose from. I was looking around for someone who could lift my hair to get it blonder. I had a friend recommend Amber Weekly. I made my first appointment with her on April 28th. I went in and she Foiled my entire head, toned, cut and shampooed me. My hair turned out great. I figured I tipped quite well and conversation was minimal while I was in her chair, just figured she was quiet, as am I sometimes. Other than that, the appointment seemed to go quite well, I thought. I rebooked with her via her Instagram work page for a second appointment to have a cut on May 31st 2022 at 2pm I believe was the time. I received a text message from a personal cell phone number(Pic below) at 11:10am the day of my scheduled appointment with her stating that she was with her first client and she wasn't feeling well and SHE wanted to let me know SHE was cancelling my appointment. I responded as any decent person, stating it was totally ok and I hope she felt better. I waited until the next week to book. Wednesday June 8th. I sent her a message explaining Id like to rebook and hoped she was feeling better. No response for six days. So I recent another message trying to rebook with her. She never responded. I sent messages through her booking site on Instagram and her cell phone. No response. I was seriously perplexed and not sure what was going on. I then went to her Instagram work page and she blocked me. Now I was perplexed because I was not sure what I did. My friend who is still following her on Instagram stated that she was indeed active and posted that she had availability this week June 16th and 17th. Then below that stated Only honoring clients who are serious about their appointments. I am not entirely sure what happened. Especially since she canceled on me. Perhaps she just didn't want to do my hair. Which if it is the case, so be it. I understand that hair dressers have the right to refuse service to anyone. However, I pay good money and leave a good tip and never, not once had an opportunity to ever cancel an appointment. Instead, she was flaky and unprofessional on absolutely every level.
