I went on a Saturday no appointment, they were short staffed and it was very busy. I was in and out in two hours, Marilyn was my stylist and she did a very good job on my hair I was very pleased. She asked me a few questions about my hair and what I do to take care of it and she gave me some tips on my texture hair. I made another appointment for the next Saturday early in the morning, I had Carmen who also did a great job with my hair. I feel they take care of your hair as if it was their very own. My first stylist was on maternity leave (she did a fantastic job), so I was set up with Hannah. I'm always a little nervous when I have a new stylist, but Hannah quickly sent my nervousness out the door. I came in a complete mess, as a result of very foolishly experimenting with a color mask on a whim (let's just say, I learned my lesson, and good; won't EVER be doing that again!
