I love that the shower nozzle doesn't require you to hold the trigger down and it's just a simple push up and down on the back of the nozzle. My hands ache and hurt if I grasp something for too long so this helps minimize the pain I feel and allows me to hold the nozzle longer. This location also has a dryer you're able to use along with towels. I normally bring my own shampoo and conditioner for my dogs but they do provide soap in the included price. There's different levels for different prices which include different soaps but I stick with the $10 wash. The staff is always friendly and I've never had an issue with the self service facility. However some people may think you work there, I've gotten asked a couple of times haha. I believe this location also has a grooming service station in the back by professional groomers. Overall, I'll be back to this location!

The staff including the owner was VERY accommodating when she would need time off or had a problem. The owner constantly praised her on her work ethic. My daughter described working here as "it's like home". Now as a customer my dog loves going to Critter camp! He gets excited when I mention the words "critter camp". They always make sure he has a bath before coming home and he loves the playtime with other dogs his size. When we have to go out of town and he can't go, we will ALWAYS use Critter Camp because I know he will be taken care of just like we take care of him. We dropped off one of our rescued Yorkies for her scheduled $65 grooming appointment. The business's posted hours are 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Apparently, they decided to close early today and called/texted us asking us to pick her up earlier than expected. Unfortunately, we missed the call and text. We called **before their normally posted 4:00 PM closing time**, explained that we were on our way, and went to pick up our little girl. When my wife arrived, however, we were presented with a bill of **$91** and told there was an additional charge because we were "late" picking her up. What bothered us most wasn't even the additional charge--it was the owner's attitude toward my wife. There are professional and courteous ways to handle a misunderstanding with a customer, particularly a returning customer who has trusted you with four of their dogs. Unfortunately, that isn't what we experienced. If a business decides to close earlier than its publicly posted hours, I don't believe a customer should be treated disrespectfully or penalized because they weren't aware of that change and missed a phone call. We have trusted this groomer with our dogs in the past, but after today's experience, **we will not be returning with any of our four dogs.** That's unfortunate, because until today, we had been repeat customers.
