I have been going to her for years then I started letting my hair grow out, and I started having a ponytail so today I went in there haven't seen her in a while and wanted just to cut all the dead ends off it was only about 2 inches took about six minutes and the girl asked Kelly and Kelly said to charge me $20. I could not believe it as much business as I've given Kelly as long as I have known her, I could not believe she charged me $20 like I say all they did was cut the dead ends straight. which was barely 2 inches. I admired her work and service so I tried to book an appointment for a toner in advance. I follow her Instagram page and she posts open dates with times and you would Google text your name plus choice. After multiple attempts and no response, I left a voicemail at the front office. She messaged back saying she was unable to receive my Google texts because it was down. So she arranged appt, and she cancels it one hour before the time. Ok life happens, so I was understandable, and she said she would reach out to me to reschedule. After countless Google texts, texts to her phone and Instagram, she doesn't respond ever. So I gave up now. This is so unprofessional. Pretty sad because I'm Vietnamese and wanted to support another. The salon is clean and nice, but Brandy doesn't respond. Why even bother scheduling appointments and canceling or lie. Just say respond no or something. She posts daily on instagram with open slots and stories so everything seems fine and dandy. I came in around 9:30 and was asked to come back around 11:30/12, she got me in around 12 as mentioned and it was such a great experience that I'm glad I've finally found my "person" to do my hair here in Texas. I loved she had her own space so it felt personal and it was open her space is near the front, so there was some sunlight coming in and made it not so blocked off.
