We were off to a rough start when they called to ask us to come in fifteen minutes early at noon so we could have a longer consult time. We showed up early, but they didn't actually get to us until after 12:15 because they were working on other clients. Halle asked us about the colors we wanted and then they sent a girl to go buy our color. That was probably the second cue to leave. They didn't actually start on use until 12:40. So we spent 5 full hours there :( I suspected the color wasn't going to be as rich since the rinse, shampoo and conditioning was all done with hot water and there was nothing placed on the hair to seal it. I do wish that someone would have said something then about the blue only being on the bottom two inches of my hair, or the the fact that it was blue and not purple. Halle did my blow dry and when it was all done she turned me to the mirror and explain how it didn't "take". No options given for how to make it better... just a whole lot of explanation. After Halle left for the day, Caitlin did offer have us, because by this time she was to the point where my nieces splotchiness was visible, come back next weekend for a fix. The place was so cute, they do offer drinks and as long as you aren't going to fashion colors- the hair I saw in there looked great. Or take notice of the yelper that did get hers done correctly and ask for Kim. I am getting mine fixed next week somewhere else. (Guess friends are more important than paying customers with appointments). I messaged Page Jones about doing my hair. she seemed like a really nice lady but from my first…read moretime talking to her she seemed list in customer service. the first thing I did was give her a description of what I wanted done. ( my roots to match my ends and to break up the line where my hair had grown out my natural color and a refresh) I said my budget was $250. and that is what I was willing to pay to accomplish my goals. I gave several pictures for reference. she ask no questions and didnt do a consultation at all, I basically had to force questions out of her. she then asked me for pictures of my hair after I had already sent them. indicating to me she hadn't even read my earlier messages. this was a bad vibe to me but I decided to go anyway. I arrived and halfway through my service I could tell that she obviously hadn't booked enough time for me and heard her say on the phone that she was running behind. then with my hair half wet she was telling me "I dont know if I can get your hair any straighter" when it was still wet at the scalp and poofy. I left and cried in my car not only was it not flat ironed properly it was a shade darker than I wanted and you could still clearly see the line of demarcation from where my roots grew out was. the horror story dosnt even stop here. I texted and called her telling her I was unhappy and was willing to give her a second chance. she tried to gaslight me and say she said before couldnt use an 8 to lift a level 6 root, when 1. she never said that and 2. I was never asking her to do that. I told her to what she had to, to achieve my hair goals. then I went in for my visit, I had to sit there and tell her what was needed to get my hair to a lighter level and to break apart the line that was still there. because she "couldn't think of what to do" her words. then she proceeded to massage the bleach bath she used into my scalp. which i know for a fact you should never do and cause an allergic reaction on my lower scalp. on top of that while my hair was "mostly" better than before their was now a huge lighter patch in the middle of the right side of my hair. along with the scalp irritation and She still could not flat iron my hair properly the top of my hair was extremely poofy as I left for the second time and pretended to be happy because I had other shit to do. I went home a fix the flat iron job in just 15 minutes it wasnt difficult. overall I was VERY unsatisfied and will never be going back to this place. DO NOT USE PAGE for any complicated hair colors.
