I have very light parts of my brows, a scar on one, and two very different shaped hooded eyes. Well, she did the tops. I told her not to. That the hair is light and it won't look right. Please don't. She said she'll just, "clean it up." Again, I said she didn't have to and please don't. She went ahead and did what she wanted to do. She even plucked the tiny hairs in my forehead! Not sure what she was doing up there, but she scratched me along the way and my face hurt for two days. The end result wasn't the worst I've gotten, but it wasn't what I wanted and they aren't right. Because she did the tips! So one looks great and the other is... not so great. I know they'll grow back. And that's not my deal. She didn't do what I asked her. I'm 34. I've been getting my brows done for a long time and it's taken a long time to know what's right for my face.

However, I am only giving 3 stars because over the holidays a manager really rubbed me the wrong way. I've heard that Ulta checks the bags of their staff when they come in and before they leave. However if this has to be done, it should be done away from the public. I witnessed a manager checking an employee's bag right near the front of the store. She was also questioning why she was carrying her passport instead of ID. The manager was being very nosey and not very nice. Then once she finished checking the employee's bag she walked over to the pick up area and asked if I needed help. I told her yes and she asked if I went to the back of the table to look through the bags for pickup because I had a bag in my hand. I told her no I made a purchase and now I'm here for a pickup. She started laughing, but it was not funny and I felt offended. I haven't seen this manager since that one day but if she's still there I would never let her help me.
