I hadn't had my brows cleaned up in 5 months (don't judge, I moved across country... stuff happens... okay, judge) and I was looking for a place on my way home from work and thanks to Yelp found Beauty Benefits. Bethany took the time to actually look at my face before she got to work- so many professionals don't do that! At no point did I feel like she was rushing and conversation was easy. I am pleased with my brow shaping - which included brow fill in and concealed. I am *very* pleased she reminded me she has a Yelp check-in special. Usually I leave the salon with beet-red eyebrows (sensitive, white skin) feeling like I was just one in a long line of customers. I've been going to Bethany for over a year now, and I absolutely love her - and trust her wholeheartedly with my brows. They look perfectly thick and angled every time, and then she is always such a joy to talk to during everything (and has such a great memory too). Bethany's space is inside the Phenix Salon Suites, and though she's near the back she's easy to find. (If you haven't been to one, each "studio/office" is it's own private business, with many different salon type services offered throughout the building). Bethany's space is very inviting, and if her door is shut due to her being with someone, there is a nice bench nearby for waiting. I never have to wait too long if I have to wait at all! Her space is well decorated and she is always prepared and ready. I see Bethany about once a month (every 4-5 weeks) and always, ALWAYS leave happy. Bethany is AMAZING! Now that I've found her, I will never go anywhere else. I have naturally invisible lashes and brows, so I see her for eyelash tinting and eyebrow tinting and shaping. My skin is -super- sensitive, but the products that Bethany uses are all natural and I am not allergic to them! She even gives me a forehead massage as the dye is working... she has magical fingers! The eyelash and eyebrow dye lasts for about a month, which is awesome. I hate putting on makeup but I like looking pretty, so getting my eyebrows and lashes dyed saves me a LOT of time in the mornings! What I love about Bethany is that she is adorable and professional at the same time. She has a warm, welcoming demeanor and felt like a best friend from the minute we met.
