After seeing multiple doctors and undergoing many tests, all with no diagnosis or treatment of my symptoms, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Kristy Fassler of North Coast Family Health. Dr. Fassler was recommended to me by several family members who have received successful treatment from her. I have been seen several times at North Coast Family Health in the past 6 weeks and my progress has been incredible! Dr. Fassler took the time to listen to all of my symptoms. I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme and a co-infection of Bartonella. Dr. Fassler carefully came up with a treatment plan specific to my needs: nutrition and herbal supplementation. After 6 weeks of following her treatment, I am SO happy to say that my symptoms are improving, my anxiety has lessened by about 75%, and for the first time in over 8 years do I feel like I'm becoming myself again. I assured them that I had scheduled with them over the phone. Their excuse this time was that they had just implemented a new scheduling system and were still working the bugs out. So, while standing in their lobby and speaking with their receptionist, I rescheduled my appointment for 3/19/24. So yesterday, being 3/19, I went to their office for my appointment. Imagine my surprise when they were no longer at that location! A handwritten note was on the office door said that they had moved and if I needed help, to call their office. No new address, nor phone number, was provided on the note. By the way, their website still has not been updated with the new location either. Since I had the number, I called it. After multiple attempts to get thru to an actual person, and not a recording, I spoke with the receptionist who informed me that they had called everyone and notified them of the move. Needless to say, I didn't receive a call. One additional note is that I received an appointment reminder, via email, for my 3/19 appointment on 3/4. While speaking with the receptionist, she looked in the system and said that I had no appointment scheduled for the 19th! I would not recommend this office to anyone if this is the way that they operate. Very unprofessional and no consideration of their clients/patients. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Portsmouth Pulmonary Associates. I normally do not go online and post negative reviews, but this was over the top.

I arrived at the prescribed time for my appointment, filled ou the obligatory paper work ( 10 mins ) and 25 minutes later i had still not been served. I got a request from recptionist to take a call from the Exeter office. I was told i would not be able to take the physical as Eric had taken my BP and it was high. ( mind you i have been in waiting room ) no one took my BP Additionaly the rude lady from exeter informed me i needed to get more paper work from my cardiologist and a letter. so there was no appointment no apology for any thing they may have had to do with this. I was told i needed to come back at another time to get the physical. Further i never got a call back when i left message to scheduele my appointment. i had to call 3 x to get a time This group needs a professional to manage this out of control practice.
