The food is.. acceptable. We had 4 people ordering takeout. Both the breakfast burritos we ordered had the wrong sides with them. The other two orders were Denver omelets which were both lukewarm with soggy hash browns. We also did not get a small cup of syrup that was asked for specifically. Definitely could and SHOULD do better here. The service was poor, at best. The cook/owner was snappy and rude to us and the other customers. We wanted to give them a break since they are a new restaurant, but the lady quite literally made a scene about how much our to go order inconvenienced her so much. We arrived shortly after the estimated wait, to which when we arrived we were told that it would take an additional 20 minutes before our order would be ready. If a couple breakfast burritos and a couple omelets with sides are enough to get someone to behave this way towards their customers then they should not be working in or OWNING a restaurant. As for the price, we were blindsided. None of the prices listed on the menu were accurate. Everything was more expensive than listed... When we saw a multiple dollar difference in each item on the menu than it was when we got the receipt we were very surprised. The pin in the cap, is that THEY CHARGE $1 FOR EACH TO GO BOX. The sole reason that this is not a 1 star review that when the cook and owner came out of the kitchen and gave us a discount as an apology for her behavior and for the incorrect price on the menu.

The sandwich is unique, and if made right, is a tasty treat away from the normal. I have always gotten the traditional "Loaded", but you can get one in a variety of ways. The history of the sandwich is why it's a Butte Original. The location on Harrison has changed since I lived here. 2020 didn't help. We still have had decent success at this Location in the dining room. The drive through I have not used since that 'one' time. Staff tonight are great and friendly. The cook was amusing me as he discussed his preferred way of having the orders translated. They do have their own techniques to say the least. I've posted a menu as it stands in October of 2024, and it clearly shows all that they have to offer if you aren't willing to try the Chop.
